Boyd is a 3 year old red male with cropped ears and docked tail.

Big, bold and beautiful – that’s me – BOYD!!  Yes, I am livin’ large in my new foster home.  Being a size zero is so overrated.  So much has happened to me since I got rescued by HMDD.  It’s like a whole new world has opened up for me.  I just don’t understand why my former human surrendered me to the local shelter.  Thank goodness the shelter called HMDD.  I am a very smart boy – yep – I know my basic commands and walk very nicely on a leash.  I never pull on foster mom’s arm.  I am quite the gentle giant.  I bet I can wiggle my tail faster than you!!  My tail goes ninety miles an hour when I see the cats.  I even got to sleep with Baby Edward last night!  I like my foster doggie girl siblings, but the boys, not so much.  I am the perfect walking, hiking or running partner.  I never had any toys before, now I got a whole basket full.  Now, I’m learning how to play.  My new grandma and grandpa came over and I fell asleep in grandma’s lap.  I also got to meet the neighbors, heck, I’m not bashful, I like everybody!  I am a perfect angel in the car so we will have a great car ride home when you adopt me.  See ya at the next adoption event…just look for the big, bold, beautiful red boy Boyd – that’s me!
